The church has always been involved in membership welfare service since inception. This crystallized into an official organ in 1992, when the church introduced the education bursary and membership empowerment programmes called, Creativity promotion Forum, in Kaduna.Today, the budget on education bursary increases annually, while the membership empowerment programme is also growing.

Subsequently, another organ of the Ministry called, the Relief Promotion Agency was established. Its mission is to embark on humanitarian services that will provide food, clothing and shelter for victims of natural disasters and civil unrest. It was this agency that handled the relief materials sent to Rwanda in 1996 and the two sets of Relief materials sent to Liberia during the Liberian crisis.
Our church system worldwide runs a welfare budget for every assembly. Servicing the needs of the needy has been the culture of this Ministry since inception.
For instance on April 9, 1984, the total income from a service was given out to help a member in need
